A Sr. Consultant- Soft Skill/Behavioral Trainer PGHRM from IMT Ghaziabad, committed to enhance not only the productivity but also the overall quality of life of trainees. Has spent a number of years training in the fields of marketing, merchandizing, and systems management before earning a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management, topping it up with certifications in various fields making them my core strength.
Have over 23 years of work experience in the areas of HR, Training, Learning and Development. Have been a Coach, Enabler and an Organizer for the people Trained. Some of the sectors where training’s conducted are Hospitality Industry, Insurance, Premium & Luxury, specialty stores, Malls, IT, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, Consumer Goods sector, Oil and Refinery, Automobile, Real Estate, BPO’s with a single focus of developing people. Has been responsible for providing end-to-end HR support to all divisions audited internal and external projects at various levels, including Operations, recruitment and administration, focusing heavily on the training of all employees, design, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, extensively involved in designing & implementing need-based training’s for various organizations, an expert in doing Training Needs Analysis (TNA).Has also been responsible for taking care of the talent needs, Employee Relations and Performance Management for the organizations.
